'The Meaning of Meaning' by Peter Elliott

Inside, the Freedom of Information Bureau was a capacious and teeming complex. People filtered through doors like rats in Calcutta. Echoing footsteps and voracious voices collaborated to produce a terrific cacophony. Directions were scarce. Bubue was unsettled. Yet he still retained his determination. Nothing, he thought, was going to stop him.
